Stanley Hardware brought a dillema to Precision. The current fabrication method of sliding closet doors was resulting in a high damage rate of finished goods. “How can we quickly assemble our product without breaking the mirrors or denting the framework?” they asked.

So Precision grabbed samples of the assembly pieces and went to the drawing board. Fifteen working days later, our project managers were on the production floor at Stanley, training employees to use their new, custom-designed closet door assembly machine.

Producing food product safely is no small task. The FDA requires manufacturers to demonstrate approved welding seals to assure sanitary transit of product through packaging and assembly. Extensive research was conducted into similar requirements to produce the stainless steel conveyor system and barrel press pictured above.
